Part of the finca offers picturesque sea views. The terrace has been renovated and poured in concrete, a pavilion completes the property for relaxing outdoors. A cistern on the property collects rainwater, while four water connections at various points provide convenience. An outdoor shower and a cooking area on the cistern complete the amenities.
Access is via an easily accessible gravel path that can be driven on without 4x4 gearboxes.
